How we can breed and produce more healthful crops and plant products? How crop management effects health related characteristics? Recent developments in plant breeding and management in understanding health related components in plants. The seminar aims to bring human nutrition, food science and health expertise together with plant breeding & management and biotechology expertise. In addition to our western world situation the challenges and possibilities in developing world will be addressed.

| If you want to present a poster inquire seminar secretaty about the possibility. Please, send a short (one to max four page) extended abstract of your oral paper or poster to seminar secretary. You can use the normal A0 paper size printed poster. Actual soft background space is 91 by 91 cm but there is plenty of space between the posters so the A0 size is fine. |

| Forssa is located 110 km to north west from Helsinki airport. Bus is a convenient way to travel from the airport to Forssa. Buses leave nearly every hour and travel time is two hours. Price for oneway trip is 21 euro. |
